Activities and results
We have developed various hypotheses focused on top-line and cost base optimization. The most important hypotheses developed and accepted by management were:

Cross-selling product portfolio of various operating companies.
Expansion of market segments.
Rationalization of customer base.
Transition production resources to low-wage location.
The above hypotheses have been tested based on internal, external benchmark information, personnel, supplier and customer interviews. The improvement initiatives defined further in a detailed planning after acceptance.
